As the founder and CEO of King Homes Inc., Ken leads an architectural design and development firm focused on Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs), Garden Suites, Laneway Housing, and small multiplexes. He also founded LegalSecondSuites.com, a platform dedicated to simplifying the process of legalizing secondary suites for homeowners and investors.

Expanding his vision further, Ken launched King Homes Development Group Inc., which concentrates on new construction and purpose-built, medium-density land development projects across Southern Ontario. His expertise in zoning, urban planning, and construction has positioned him as a leader in the evolving real estate landscape, providing innovative housing solutions that maximize both community impact and investment potential.
